treeguitars

folkfest is over and these prints are overdue exposures,
but hey, i finally took pictures of the pictures,
and all was right in the world...

i think they're quiet pictures. you can see my shadow in the first one.
they were taken in the fall of 2010 with a 4x5 linhof. i printed them on 11x14 papel, enjoy hombres.

epitaph

lakestock, 2009.

my body is telling me it's summer because the vices i stored so destructively over the winter have begun to thaw and ruin the soil i walk on. muddy feet aside i can't help but notice my mind is in a different place than my body.
SO tweed, ontario: i can now admit that only once i had closed the door myself, did i realize that you held my heart all along. keep it.
your shore lines constitute my body and being as well as the confines of my skin.
and now that is all past;

here's to a new beginning, i wonder if i will spoil the end.

ever wonder about all the dirt we collect on our body, only to wash it all off? clean slate in some understanding, down the drain.
